In these trying times, I find that even the mentally and emotionally healthy people have been having a hard time. It’s hard for all of us to stay positive and inspired. Social media platforms have also been ridden with toxic and hard-to-process news. If you broke down or cried due to frustration, don’t worry, you’re not alone. I’ve broken down several times in the last 5 months.
But we’re all in this together and we need a hand most times. I’ve listed over ten Instagram accounts to bring you your daily dose of positivity and inspiration. I personally follow some of them because they aren’t just happy words but also very beautiful in the eyes. It’s important to spread a bit of positivity without being toxic-positive. And these accounts aren’t toxic-positive, they actually encourage and validate your feelings.
